Room was good for a family of seven (2 rooms) very clean. Unfortunately you could smell smoke as you walk in the room not managements fault tho. Also the air con was good it was in desperate need of filters and unit to be cleaned

Room A needs a complete overhaul. The ceiling in the room has water stains and paint peeling, the walls looked like they needed cleaning or repainting and the window sills had bugs and dust on them. The bathroom ceiling was worse. It looked like it was going to collapse. The exhaust fan is in desperate need of a clean - full of dust. The mirror was masking taped to the wall. With no shower screen the floor got very wet and there was inadequate hanging space to dry out the floor mat. The pull out clothes line can't hold a drenched floor mat. The location of the motel is awesome though. Pacific Fair, the casino, the beach and the light rail all are within walking distance.

It is a convenient hotel near Broardbeach. The staff are courteous and the sheets, towels and everything is clean. The rooms could do with a makeover butt they are cheap so I'm satisfied.

Rooms are very basic but clean and tidy. Beds are not comfortable at all though. Parking was horrific! We had to park on the otherside of the highway and walk to and from the property. Location is easy walking to Pac Fair and Tram station. Very busy location and rooms aren't sound proofed. Pool is a nice touch but wasn't inviting at all. Staff checking in was nice. Staff checking out couldnt be bothered to look up. We stayed 2 nights. They charge extra for additional towels blankets etc. Not bad for budget accommodation on a one night stay but i have stayed at motels that charge less that had so much more value, atmosphere and amenities.

Good value at peak season. Small room, average bed. Great air-conditioning. Staff were very understanding when I slept in and checked out one hour late. A small $20 fee I believe was quite reasonable. Reception stayed open an extra hour to accommodate us. A five star, 3 star hotel
