From the moment we arrived, the staff were next level — super welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. The food was unreal. Every meal we had was high quality, fresh, and full of flavour — whether it was breakfast, room service, or dining in the restaurant, it never missed. The pool area is easily one of the best parts of the resort. The lagoon-style pool is stunning, clean, and just an unreal place to relax. It feels more like a tropical escape than being in Surfers. The room itself was just as impressive — spotless, modern, and really comfortable. Everything was well thought out, and the attention to detail made it feel like a proper luxury stay. Overall, everything from the service, food, pool, and rooms was on point. Couldn’t fault the place. Definitely somewhere I’d come back to without even thinking twice.
