Well presented property on the hill in between Kirra and Coolangatta.
Well presented property on the hill in between Kirra and Coolangatta patrolled beaches. Easy access to the cafes, bars and restaurants, with a walk back up the hill at the end of dinner to help work off that extra beer.The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the unit has lots of extras to help get you started such as hand wash in every bathroom, toilet paper, washing powder, salt/pepper, cling wrap, baking paper, washing up liquid etc.Only five units in the complex, so no lift. If you are not good with stairs and can’t carry bags and groceries up 3 stories of stairs don’t stay here. The garage is large enough for a bigger car - Kia Carnival. A 4x4 may not fit.
