The staff was all very friendly but the hotel itself didnt match the description. The ac didn't work and the window didn't close very well, the pictures showed a tub in the bathroom and it wasn't so it was very inconvenient for my kid. The shuttles didn't arrive at the designated time.

Unclean

The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. They were super kind and really helpful, but everything else about the hotel was awful. It was just not clean at all. The biggest problem I had was finding small hairs in the bathroom towels. I tried to tell myself it was fine and maybe just a mistake, but then it happened again with a new set of “clean” towels. It honestly grossed me out. The pictures online made the place look so much nicer than it actually was. In person, it was disappointing and felt dirty. I really appreciated how nice the staff was, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Dont Stay.

This place had stains all over the floors. Druggies co stantly in and out and my key quit working everynight we came back from Disney. We though we booked the other Howard Johnson and after this we will never sray at another Howard Johnson. Also, they charged my card everyday vlose to $100 and said the charges will dall off like my deposit. Horrible place!!!

This area is very calm and close to the park. However, I wish the hotel would undergo some remodeling, as it seems quite outdated. I stayed here in February 2023 and again from October 8-11, 2025, and it looked the same both times. The breakfast options were disappointing. I paid a lot of money to stay here, expecting a decent breakfast menu, but on October 9th, there were only scrambled eggs available, and I was told they no longer have a waffle maker.

Friendly staff. Good option if you are on a budget. Pro’s were the continental breakfast, free Disneyland shuttle and free laundry detergent from the front desk. Con’s were that is was a very dated room with cracks on the ceiling and bathroom floor, and our toilet had low water pressure so we had to constantly flush multiple times. We spent most of the day at the park, so we didn’t mind the appearance.

Lighting in the room was terrible, no central light just 3 lamps. Room smelt bad like something had been wet. We needed our room keycard replaced twice in our 4 night stay. It was nice to have breakfast each day .

We arrived and our room was on the 3rd floor. The curtains were so dusty that a thick layer of dust was on top of them. Carpet was horrible, dirty and bedding had cigarette holes on it. Bathroom was bad as well. No hot water, it was 11pm and the Highway noise was so bad that I complained and they switched us in the middle of the night. I would say the only one thing was the shuttle to go to Disney park. Not coming back there. Breakfast was ok but really limited. I had been in Motels cleaner than this hotel
