I would love to see an upgrade and modernization in the rooms. The rooms will need some better tlc compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. The shower curtain is used and worn out. The paint in the bedroom needs another coat. The tv in our room was not working therefore we couldn’t connect our Apple TV. A ton of issues overall with our visit. The beds were not the best for comfort. We did not get the best adequate sleep. The pillows also need to be thrown out and replaced. We booked this hotel last minute and typically use Expedia recommended ones but this one was below par. I don’t plan to come back in the future.

The hotel is in very bad shape. It's old, walls and ceiling have mold. Room smelled bad. Staff is not friendly. They were renovating the jacuzzi and did not advertise it.

Do not stay here. The only good thing I can say is that the location was good. The rooms are super dated and there is no microwave or fridge in your room. There is also no fan in the restroom. What they consider as free breakfast is worse than prison food in my opinion, and I didn’t even get any because of how miserable it looked. My key card would not work every single time I tried to enter my room. I had to contact the front desk, at least four times to fix this issue and one time the girl told me that their system is old and the cards will just do that. That is totally unacceptable. The baseboards were coming off of the walls. The light switch was falling off the wall. It was just a whole mess, but you get what you pay for. I definitely learned my lesson with this stay.

The entire place reeks, smells like cigarettes throughout the entire building and elevator. Once we arrived in our room I immediately looked around for roaches as the state of the room was so worn down and there were water marks on the walls and ceiling. Pieces of the molding were missing and just overall horrible shape. Our room door lock didn’t work and we had to ask for a new room. Front desk was able to accommodate a new room with working lock but the state of the room was the same as the first. The windows were cracked around the edges and felt as if the entire frame would collapse if I tried to open the window. Really run down building.

While the hotel stay itself was okay, the hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. The baseboards were half off in some places, the carpet in the room and hallways were filthy and stained. Our room had black liquid came up from the sink as we were getting ready to leave. It worked for our stay for Disney.

I will be back here for sure! Close to Disney parks, shuttle and breakfast included with hotel stay. I arrived early and was able to get my bags checked-in at the Front desk and they were really nice and helpful. I was really tired coming back from the parks and still had to get my room and bags and misunderstood some things communicated to me by front desk but she was so nice and cleared Things up for me and didn’t seem annoyed or “judgy” as that can happen with customer service. But not here! I really enjoyed my stay!
