I won't recommend this hotel for anyone due to the following 1. No wifi in suite room 2. No exhaust fan in the toilets, leaves foul smell for longer time in the entire room. 3. Door handle and door were too hard to open, i had to go to the front desk thrise to get it opened

I could not find the hotel as I was told they were remodeling it and had removed all the signs indicating where it was. I drove around for quite a while until I had to call them and the girl told me where it was and they had removed all the signs. She seemed to find this funny but I didn’t. I was very tired and wanted to rest but wasted time looking for the location. There was trash in the elevator the night I got there and it was still there the next morning. The second time I tried to get into my room key wouldn’t work. I have to go back downstairs and have a reprogram it and she “Yarrmy” seemed to think that was very funny. Breakfast was included with the room but I was told they have no breakfast meat during the week, only on the weekends only which doesn’t make any sense. The buffet breakfast was very disappointing. The scrambled eggs were cold

Very dirty room. Urine all over bottom of toilet, fruit flys coming out of the bathtub. Like a small army of them! Moldy bathtub grout. Beds feel very worn. The floor near the window was soaking wet from the rain. Roaches in the hallway. Drink vending machine was not working with card. Gift shop employees as well as front desk employees were very nice.

As soon I walked to the room I walked out mattress were snail buy bigger than the base and the smell was bad like a motel and the service was awful try to change the room personal Was very un helpful not a place to stay if you are on vacation

The staff at the desk was very kind however it cannot make up for a horrible experience. The hotel itself is old which is fine, but the uncleanliness and run down rooms were awful. We were woken up to very loud creaking bed upstairs which is awful! We checked out at 3 am because we couldn’t stand it. There was hair behind the toilet and layers of dirt behind the bed. It was a bad experience.

I stay at this hotel a few times a year. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast room is clean, has lots of variety and well-kept by the diligent staff. The cleaning staff, maintenance staff, breakfast staff are really nice and friendly and always willing to help with special requests. The hotel is still under renovation, so there is work being done to keep in mind. The one downfall is the government subsidized tenants. They prop doors open and have sketchy guests in and out all hours. They can't do much about it, I did notice they put them on the top floor this stay so that helps. You don't see them as much. The ice machine was down this time or I wouldn't have known they were there anymore at all. The daytime shuttle drivers are fantastic! Always on time and so friendly and helpful. I love this hotel for the staff and service they provide. Once the property is renovated and the pool is open again it will be a 5 star all around.

I will say that I won't be staying here again. Pros Breakfast was good. Generous. Food was good. I have Celiac, I was able to safely eat the eggs & oatmeal. Bacon on the weekends Beds were decent The very back of the hotel was mostly quiet Plenty of dresser space. Front desk staff was friendly & as helpful as they could be Room was clean & we did not encounter any bugs The water pressure in the shower was good Free parking The location is about a $15 Lyft ride to Disneyland Coin Op laundry onsite There is a shuttle to & from parks. See cons Cons Place is old. It reminds me of the Overlook Lodge in The Shining. Lol Carpets in the hallways are stained One must request, & remind the front desk upon check in, a mini fridge & microwave The wifi is HORRIBLE! It didn't seem to matter what day it was or what time of day. Our phone, laptop, tablet, had patchy service, at best. Hubby had a very difficult time working online while we stayed there The bathroom had no exhaust fan The toilet: one must hold the handle down FOREVER to get it to flush Pillows were mushy, at best TP is HORRIBLE Fire alarm system tested almost daily Few outlets: most of them, the plugs would fall out The pool was closed; no notification that this was the case The shuttle only runs from the hotel to the parks for about 3 hours in the AM. It runs 5 hrs from parks in the evening Staff came into room, after knocking, when we had paid for late checkout Overpriced for what you don't get

I guess the saying “you get what you pay for” is true. While I appreciate we did not pay a lot to stay on property, and I can look past the desperate need for renovations, it should NEVER be acceptable to have dried up food caked onto the wall, along with other dirt stains. It was disgusting and made me question the sanitary practices for the rest of the room and property. As such, we did not feel comfortable eating the free breakfast and wanted to leave as soon as possible. When we tried to address our concerns with one of the managers, his robotic response with no solution or real concern, further solidified the lack of respect or care this property has for its guests. Terrible under construction rooms are old and ugly. Spa was a mud pit. Pictures on Expedia don’t reflect the true condition of the hotel. The only reason I stayed was that the staff was really nice. I would not stay again and plan on canceling my next reservation
