The hotel is not as clean, the amenities didn’t work, the pool is under construction, one elevator next to the lobby doesn’t work, ice machine didn’t work, I saw a roach in the lobby, the breakfast was horrible, seems like they add water to cute coffee cremer, a lot of ice in the milk so it is watery milk, one toaster didn’t work properly; laundry didn’t work.. many things not working there.. the good thing was the shuttle to and from Disney..

Very responsible priced, free shuttle, No fridge or microwave (had to ask) then only received fridge. Supposedly their fridge went out and only breakfast was apples, bananas, and cereal?? Too many guests and homeless take way too much breakfast to go!!!!!! I mean a lot.

This was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at. While the staff was great the hotel itself is ridiculously run down. They point out the pool is not open but there is absolutely no work being done on it. Broken elevators, toilets that don’t flush properly are a few things. I wish we could have gotten a refund. Simply put this place is misrepresenting itself. Stay elsewhere.

A nice place that is run down. Pool was emptied. Laundry room closed. 1 of 2 elevators was out of service. Smell of mildew in hallway. The beds and pillows are so uncomfortable. Night desk person was great! Morning one, not so much.

Poorly maintained. The ice machine is broken (in the middle of summer) stayed 4 days and didn't get fixed. Laundry mat closed/out of service. Pool closed, toaster takes more than 10 mins to toast bagel; no kitchen personnel around during busiest breakfast times, tables left dirty for several minutes; only one waffle maker for entire hotel, so line over 20 mins. Basically poor maintenance. Other than that, good for spending the night only.

The Ac wasn’t working in one of the 3 rooms I reserved, I notified the front desk and the issue was taken care of immediately. The breakfast is decent for what we paid for. The staff was constantly adding more food. Checkin on line was easy to navigate and so was check out. Would definitely stay there again. The pool was out of service but they notified me in advance that was thoughtful.

The property was not as described online. The pool was under construction and not working. There is only one elevator working for the whole building. There were no ice machines working no drinkable water on site. The laundry room was also out of service. The hotel is old wallpaper is peeling off of the walls, Carpets are nasty. The whole place is just dirty. They do not have enough microwaves or refrigerators available for guest. I requested a microwave and a refrigerator and there was none available. I had to go down the street to Target and actually purchase a microwave and a cooler with ice for my families 4 day stay. The TV in our room also was not working. It took them two days to come up and fix the TV. I will never stay at this hotel ever again in life. They need to shut it down and completely remodel it. They are just sticking Band-Aids on every little problem that arises it’s dirty, nasty and unkept.

I wish I can give it negative stars . Book there if you like filthy rooms and hallways . I won’t go into details about how filthy it is as I see others did a great job describing carpets and bathrooms ( yes full of roaches and hair everywhere ) but did u know they don’t even clean the rooms daily ? So they give u dirty rooms and don’t bother cleaning it .last day they didn’t even provide breakfast claiming , chicken is out of service. My expectations they r shutting down the hotel and trying to get as much money from customers who r not aware till they close . This hotel hasq zero care about customers services.

The property needs some serious updates, the water fountain outfront was filthy full of old water that had been standing probably forest century. They had a sign on every exit that said pull out of service. Their elevator was out of service so if you were on the third floor you had to take the stairs That were located outside the building which smelled like urine on every level. this place should be red tagged and shut down!
