Really reasonable price for a Sun to Mon stay. Fab location - close to the station and North Laines, friendly staff, nice bar/restaurant area, we can drop our bags to go shopping on check in/out day, rooms are clean and comfortable. We love this hotel!

Spent almost zero time at the hotel. The room is tiny, but it was clean, the bed was comfy, and the hot water worked great. The hotel's best feature is that it's a 2 minute walk from Brighton train station but that's a huge deal.

Wanted some food before attending a concert but the guy who cooked the food was in a break. Had to wait for 45 mins. Then after show there was nowhere suitable to,park the car with my husband in a wheelchair, so after driving around for over an hour I checked out of the hotel without staying the night or having breakfast I had paid for and drove 2 hours home.
