Resort Painting and Waterproofing Project:
The Silver Beach Towers HOA has begun a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work started in December 2024 and is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they progress through the project, guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Due to this, a construction discount has already been applied to the pricing. No additional discounts will be provided once the reservation is made or once you've checked in to the property. FLOORPLAN
⭐You will love having sliding glass door access from the living area as well as the master bedroom that leads you to the gated patio which offers direct access to the resort s Gulf-front swimming pools and private beach. Watch the sunrise or sunset as you sip a drink on the patio or have your favorite meal at the high-top table with chairs.

⭐Sleep soundly in the Master bedroom featuring a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in shower, and a soaking garden tub. You will love relaxing in the tub after a day at the beach! Plenty of closet and drawer storage.

⭐The Guest bedroom has a King-size bed, large flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom that includes a quartz countertop vanity and a tub/shower combination.

⭐Find comfort in the living area which offers a sleeper sofa and 2 chairs which is a perfect place for watching the game or entertaining the kids on the 55 Smart TV as they take a break from the beach.

⭐Create delectable meals in the sparkling kitchen that is appointed with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Keep the chef company at the three-person kitchen bar. When it is time to eat, gather at the large table for six. Off the kitchen you will find the spacious custom laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

LOCATION / PARKING
⭐The highly desirable Silver Beach Towers Resort amenities include 600 feet of sugar-white sands and emerald-colored waters, two Gulf-front pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ grills, and one assigned covered parking space. Additional parking spaces are considered on first come with 2 parking passes provided.Come relax and unwind on the beach, build sandcastles, take a fishing trip, soak up the sun by the pool or sit on the patio and watch the sun disappear below the horizon. GUEST ACCESS
⭐*VERY IMPORTANT* if arriving after 5:00 pm:
Silver Beach Towers lobby doors close at 5:00 pm (CST) You cannot gain access to the building after 5:00 pm (CST) without a FOB! Any guest checking in after 5:00 pm will need to pick up the FOB in the lockbox at the office of Forever Vacation Rentals. More detail to follow 5 - 7 days prior to arrival. You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

Other things to note

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing and laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property does provide Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don t forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Parking passes are provided for 2 vehicles. You will have access to one reserved spot in the west tower parking garage that is covered by the use of a key fob. All other vehicles will park in the uncovered lot which is first come, first serve.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at our condo for your enjoyment. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. Complimentary beach service is not included with the condo. If you would rather rent beach chairs, that is also an option! The resort offers beach service for an additional $65/per day, per set-up. More details will be provided after the booking is complete.

POOL / HOT TUB / GRILL
⭐ There are 2 pools and hot tubs at this resort complex available for guest use. Don t forget about the community grills available for use as well! No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of our Homeowners and Guests, the resort does have Surveillance Camera throughout the resort grounds. If you touch or tamper with the cameras or cause any issues, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn t an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe s in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
