Multiple areas of room were filthy or in need of maintenance. Was unimpressed. Notified reception with photos. They were grateful for the feedback, however the room should not have had all those issues to start with. Obviously problems with their housekeeping staff.

The property was well located in a quiet street When we arrived the lifts weren't working and I had two elderly ladies with me , they wouldn't change the room for us, so we had to climb 4 floors with luggage. the room had not been cleaned properly, there was rubbish left by the previous tenant. the Shower was blocked so had to shower in rising water, staff were a bit blasé about it all

The outdoor balcony tiles are loose and water pools along the edge preventing us from standingbout there. Thevlift was broken so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs with 3 heavy suitcases. Staff could havevoffered a ground floor room.

Property was clean, tidy, staff very good, friendly and courteous. Our room had been renovated, good shower etc. close proximity to shops etc. Roller door broken in car park area, a safety issue. We would be very happy to stay again if we were in the vicinity. We considered it was good value for money location wise etc.

The price was excessive for the tiny room with two single beds pushed together. The continental buffet breakfast was an absolute joke. Serial, fruit drink and the cheapest sachet coffee on the market. I certainly won't stay there again
