This place just got worse the more you looked. Open the door to the apartment the floors are dirty, open the fridge and rotten fruit still in there. Go to watch tv, no channels available due to no signal. But that’s ok we will just go for a swim, until we find clumps of hair in the pool.
Tried to discuss with reception and they were just plan rude, finally got someone to try and sort the tv but they just put it on auto tune and said this will work and walked away. Auto tune didn’t work so off to reception again and got told no other rooms available ( fair enough ) and they can’t get tv fixed over the weekend but said we could just get a voucher to stay at another time and would need to vacate immediately. I would never stay here again. So declined the voucher.
Went back to room to discuss with partner and decided to call Wotif to see our options. who then spoke to reception about these issues and they were promised they would get someone in to fix tv the next day. So they wouldn’t refund. We decided to stay and see what happens. Got back to room the next day after exploring Brisbane to find nothing had been done about the hair or the tv. This place will lie not just directly to your face but to the booking agents as well. Do yourself a favor and never ever stay here.
