Beyond Disappointed!!! 1/5 star purely for the friendly staff. The rest is very deceiving from the photos. Someone’s pubic hair was in the shower, cupboards were broken, tv antenna broken even after trying to retune it, the room was very outdated. Very disappointed, will never return!

Had a great stay here! Check-in was smooth and quick. The hotel is in a great location, close to Westfield, restaurants and other amenities, so getting around was easy. The room was clean and well maintained and the staff were genuinely friendly. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place.
