The balcony had a nice view of the resort. The hammock was a nice addition on the balcony. The kitchen and laundry room was good to have for the stay. Overall it was a good choice to stay here.

The view was perfect from the hotel room, and the front side of the hotel. The hotel room was always immaculate. The balcony had a hammock and a stunning view. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Staff were very understanding, patient, polite and helpful.

Wondeful Hotel Stay

The ocean view was perfect. Since the hotel has auto black out drapes you can lean over press the button when you wake up and look at the beautiful ocean. The spa was incredible. Expensive but worth it.

Overall satisfied-The only downside during our stay the resort was infested by mosquitoes. Our room had a leak on our first night coming from the AC vent, mosquitoes inside our room every time we ask to service our room-i believe they leave the room open the whole while they were cleaning the room.

The property was very clean and the staff were very attentive. The food and the amenities at the resort were top notch. However, there were a lot of mosquitos in the resort; apparently it was due to the rain. Right behind the property (outside), there’s a residential area that can be a bit noisy.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The service was excellent, and the room was beautiful. The only downside was the shower—the water pressure was very weak, and it took a long time to get hot. Aside from that, the food selection was great, and the spa was absolutely amazing and enjoyable. I’m already planning my next trip here. Such a beautiful place with wonderful people!

Absolutely incredible! Best. Resort. Experience. Ever. If you are trying to decide where to go for your all-inclusive vacation, look no further. This is the place! From the moment we arrived, we (regular people) were treated like royalty. We were greeted with cold cloths, sparkling wine, and helpful guidance. We were celebrating a milestone birthday, and we communicated that to staff throughout our stay with incredible results. That initial amazing treatment and level of service continued throughout our four-night stay. Every interaction with staff was warm and responsive. Each day brought a new unexpected kindness. Every restaurant did a superb job of recognizing the celebratory event and adding personal flair to our experience. This experience exceeded expectations that we didn't even know existed. We are exceedingly grateful to the management and employees at Villa Del Palmar for making this occasion even more special than we had hoped. Many thanks to all who helped make this such a wonderful experience: housekeeping, wait staff, room service, welcome staff, restaurant workers, front desk, and literally every employee with whom we had the pleasure to interact. You are what made this experience so special!

The staff was very friendly went out of their way to make you feel comfortable

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The music throughout the resort was oh so nice, very fitting for the environment. We plan to return in a couple of months. We thank management and their staff for a five-star treatment, 🤗
