Beautiful resort and rooms. Attentive staff. Lots of food options but El Gaucho and Tentazione were my favorite. Room service was best during breakfast. Walkable grounds, but golf carts and boats are conveniently available. Nice spa facilities.

Gorgeous hotel.staff super friendly and approachable.food was great and the beach was fantastic.Would definitely recommend this place it your looking for a 5 star hotel and beach. Hardly wait to get back there !

The check in process was the only downfall. When we arrived they did not have the room we had booked. Which i can not understand we had booked this months in advance and when you book you have to choose a room so how do you not have my room, what is a reservation for then? They did fix this problem and we ended up in an upgraded room but to be honest it was a bit disappointing overall. They offered us two options at first the swim up room we had booked but with 2 queen beds instead of the king, we could spend one night there then move to the king the next day. Not a great option moving is just a pain when you just want to relax. Second option was the upgrade with no swim up. We took the first option and went to the room we were not happy with the room it was at the back of the property and looked out onto the service road used by hotel staff. We went back to reception to take the first option and guess what the room was gone, we had only been gone 10 minutes at the most how could this room be unavailable so quickly. The staff could tell we were not happy, tired from traveling and not sure what would happen. So we just sat there not moving till they fixed the situation, which they finally did. We were then taken to the upgraded room it was great, large 2 floor room with a soaker tube on the balcony. To be honest this is better option then the swim up room on this property, if this is in your budget i would recommend this room type over any of the swim up rooms.

All the staff were very courteous and attentive. The food was incredible - consistently excellent at every spot.

Rooms were beautiful, spacious, clean and lots of ocean views. Each floor had a butler on duty who helped with reservations and any small issues with rooms. All staff were friendly and pleasant.

I had a great experience! This was a huge resort with lots of amenities. I would definitely recommend. The only downside was the bed not being comfortable. Other than that it was great!!

The room was in great condition, beautiful views! The Chic Cabaret show was a favorite of ours. The spa is the best I’ve ever been to. I would not recommend getting food at the beach or at the pool grill. The French fries were always stale and the rest of the food was okay. The Italian restaurant and steak house were great. The Mexican restaurant was okay as far as food. I would rely heavily on the butler service, they would sometimes take 3 or more hours to respond and one of those times they would not let us move a dinner reservation by 30 minutes. There’s also a lot of solicitation at this hotel, someone constantly trying to sell you something. We completely avoided the hotel lobby because of this. Overall, our stay was okay.

The staff were phenomenal. The grounds and rooms are impressively clean. The service is amazing. The food was incredible. We loved the loungers available poolside and on the beach.

The room was wonderful and they setup my request for a birthday surprise for my gf. The staff was amazing especially Adrian, Chaviel, Hector and Ivan they made sure everything I asked for was taken care of they all went above and beyond. It was such a great experience and we will probably be back.

Beautiful resort, our e-butlers Sofia & Chaviel were the absolute best. A few issues with the room and upgrading process, but not enough to deter us from coming back
