All staff were so kind and always took great care of us. They were always smiling and ready to help whenever we needed to anything. I’ll really miss their warm smiles and hospitality.

Excellent property. The Butlers Ricardo and Jesus were great for the 2 days we had them. Roberto was great also. Entertainment/Buffet at Isla Blanca was the only down side to the resort I felt. Could have been more entertainment at night. And during the day by the pool. The staff and The cleaners were top i appreciate the cleanliness

We had a great 5 day trip, Jose & Bryan provided us exceptional service & were always happy to assist, They seriously went above and beyond. everything was beautifully decorated, staff were all super friendly and talkative/ friendly. We booked a beach-view swim-out suite but were told on arrival that our room was changed “for an upgrade” to a loft with a jacuzzi—without being asked first. It felt more like they messed something up than a real upgrade. After a long day of travel, we were starving, only to find every restaurant required reservations—and none were available for our entire two-night stay. Out of 10+ restaurants, not one had space. Only 2–3 lunch spots were open from 12–4 PM, so after that, our only option was buffet food until late night. For the price we paid (over $2,000 for two nights), this was unacceptable. The “upgraded” room had a broken shower, a non-working jacuzzi, and barely any hot water. Maintenance couldn’t fix it, so they moved us to another room, where the jacuzzi handle broke again and the bedroom TV remote was missing. We ended up spending the weekend with no working amenities, no restaurant access, and no activities to do. For the cost, this resort was a major disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend TRS Coral to anyone looking for a relaxing or fun stay—try Secrets Playa Blanca instead. We stayed there for 3 nights right before TRS CORAL and we wished every second we could go back.

Everything was perfect. Staff the room, the amenities, my butler mostly the people downstairs at the courtesy counter helped me when I was having a problem. They made our stay they are so welcomed. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at TRS Coral Hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The resort is stunning, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is so relaxing — but what truly made our experience unforgettable were our two amazing butlers, Freddy and Brayan. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. From arranging our dinner reservations to surprising us with thoughtful touches throughout the week, they were always attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Their warm personalities and dedication made us feel truly cared for and spoiled the entire trip. We can’t thank Freddy and Brayan enough for their exceptional service — they are a huge part of why we’ll definitely be returning to TRS Coral. If you’re lucky enough to have them as your butlers, you’re in for a fantastic experience!

This is my second time at the resort and they never cease to go above and beyond to make you feel special. I love it so much that I am actually getting married here! There are three pools which are all immaculate and a variety of restaurants, bars, and activities. This resort truly has everything you need and more in one place. Beyond that, the rooms are all spacious - with a hydrotherapy tub, loaded mini fridge, and a balcony (either garden view, ocean view, beachside view). You get assigned a butler at check-in who helps you make dinner reservations, activity reservations, and helps you with everything else you may need. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Cancun - you genuinely cannot stay at a better all-inclusive resort.

TRS was a good resort. The weather turned out great. I wish there was fun music played by the pool atleast in the afternoon. They had a live saxophone one day and we enjoyed that very much. The rooms were very nice, unfortunately our swim out room smelled musty, and due to the rain by our arrival there were lots of bugs. The food was good. The breakfast buffet over on the family side was a lot more impressive than the small one on the adult size. Our filets at El Dorado were fabulous. Absolutely amazing staff!!! We cannot stress enough how great the staff was. They went above abound beyond to made our stay one to remember. The pool waiters names were Daniel, Alberto, Karina & Karmen. The beach staff were Roger & Viemi. We miss them already. Also Carmen and Miseal were our main butlers and they were great as well. Thank you to these people for an amazing stay.
