We spent an awesome 5 days vacation our family of four ( mom, dad, two kids, daughter 12yro and son 8 yro. ) to attend the weeding of couple friends of us. Everything was absolutely incredible, the staff, restaurants, food, services, room, amenities. We stayed in a swim-up room at building 5. Eusebio, the housekeeper, always kept our room neat and clean, the in-room minibar stocked with all the drinks and coffee. Charlie, the waiter at the Mar House restaurant, very friendly and attentive the two days we went to try the delicious lobsters they serve there. Salcedo, not sure if I got the name correct, the bartender at the lobby bar 1st floor, mastered the cocktails and drinks he prepared for us. The Passion fruit with Mezcal made the top of the list. We definitely will come back and highly recommend this hotel.

I went for a solo birthday trip and I had an amazing time. I stayed on the adults only junior suit. The room was clean and the bed is really comfortable. The staff were friendly and you can tell they love their job. I'm usually not fan of buffets but the food was really good. I really loved the Japanese and Italian restaurant. I really enjoyed the drinks. I would rate Majestic 10/10. I didn't want to leave!!!

We had a booking issue at first, but Elizabeth at guest services truly saved the day and our entire family trip. She went above and beyond, checking in with us throughout our stay and surprising us with goodies, including the most delicious chocolate covered strawberries. Mar House was our favorite spot to eat after a morning at the beach (though there was a lot of seaweed 😩). Lunch there was fantastic. We also loved Mexican Night, with a huge variety of food options. McJestic had some of the best after-hours bites, their fries and Tex Mex nachos were my personal favorites. By the time we left, the wait staff felt like family. Every morning I had breakfast at the Flavors buffet, and they would have my drinks (a mango mimosa and a cappuccino) ready for me as soon as I sat down amazing attention to detail. The hospitality was truly 10/10. I would absolutely recommend this resort 100%!

Resort was clean overall. However I did notice that my junior suite had a mild mildew odor. The staff is nice a tip turns them from nice into exceptional. Pools closed early at 6pm. The food was delicious.

The property is very nice and clean i like how the vibe is all the staff are very nice and approachable. The only thing that i don’t like is all the restaurants have a time to dine in and they are very strict about the dress code you have to wear a certain clothes to be able to get in.

We had a truly beautiful stay at Majestic Elegance! The resort is absolutely stunning—clean, luxurious, and the staff were all kind and attentive. Our private pool suite was everything we had hoped for, offering a peaceful and relaxing escape. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and fresh options every day, and the entertainment was lively without being overwhelming. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that we weren’t able to have alcoholic drinks delivered directly to our room or to the area by our private pool. For a resort of this caliber, that was a bit disappointing. That small detail really impacted the convenience and overall experience of the room amenities. Next time, we’ll skip the extra cost of the private pool room and go for a swim-up suite instead—since those are located right next to the bar and offer better access to drinks and social vibes without sacrificing the poolside experience. Still, overall we had an amazing time and would absolutely consider returning. Just a little more convenience would make this resort a solid five stars in our book!

Thought we were in the adults only. All inclusive is overrated and overpriced. We don’t alcohol so there should be a different price. Just an ok place for us.

Hello- had to switch rooms, we were out into a room that smelled like musty, moldy and smoke. Also, there was a leak in the ceiling with drywall that needs to be taken care of.

My husband and I stayed on the adults only side of the resort for a week. It met all of our expectations of an adults only all inclusive resort. The dining options were fabulous and the staff was incredibly attentive. While not a true adults only resort, children and families were respectful and limited. The resort was spacious and never seemed crowded. The spa was great. We would absolutely stay here again!!
