we stayed at an apartment so we could was our clothes but washing machine didn’t work we had to gain access to another apartment every time we wanted to wash and go back to get our clothes very inconvenient. no clothes hangers in any wardrobes we didn’t pack any! codes were only given 1 minute before access and didn’t work had to get a new code. it was very inconvenient to put the code in every time. corridors smelt like dope morning noon and night not the best.

We booked here the first time had a great experience. Second time we were given a dirty room.. housekeeper walked in on me without knocking.. and we were charged 200 dollars leaving a few items of garbage in the room. I tried to resolve it with the company but they were extremely rude and reluctant. Would never stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and peaceful, despite being surrounded by the bustle of Fortitude Valley below. The rooftop was sensational with it's pool, spa, chill out areas complete with beanbags, and amazing city skyline views. Digital access means not having to fumble around for a room key at the last minute, and the location is perfect! Everything you need within a 10 minute walk, including the train station should you want to venture further afield. Will definitely be back.

The properly is clean and the spa and pool were small but enough to enjoy the rooftop. Our room was over the top of a daycare and there was a child who was like a rooster qt 6am. We were out most of the days exploring so besides the wake up call every morning we just dealt with it. The digital key was easy to use and probably my preferred method. The location of the building was great to go into fortitude valley. The smoke alarm is super sensitive even cooking on low was a stress haha. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the daycare is not something the rambla are really responsible for, thats just life.

Great! Be aware of communication for check in!!

I had a great time overall here! I loved the space and everything was very clean!!! I came from overseas so it was a little frustrating when it was past the time I was able to check in and I never received a text with my digital key and room number. I had to find WIFI by walking down the street and I had to reach out to the hotel by text and email. With that said they did respond to me within an hour and sent my room number and key to me on WhatsApp.

We recently stayed in a 1 bedroom executive apartment for 3 nights mid week, the apartment itself was nice with everything we needed and I did like the digital key/check in but I feel there should of been a disclaimer of the noise. Our apartment was right next to a daycare centre and the kids were outside screaming from 7am, there was also construction going on in the building which was extremely loud, sounded like there was a jackhammer in our room from 7.30am. The room had absolutely no sound proofing. Pillows were too hard and high. I wouldn’t stay again

Really loved this place. Large, very clean incredibly comfortable and equipped apartment in perfect location walkable to pretty much everywhere and fantastic cafes, bars and shops nearby. Really easy self check in especially important given we land at midnight. Excellent hosts and communication and incredible rooftop area with pool where we swam even in winter. Highly recommend.

The apartment and facilities were great. Excellent location! A bit noisy but we weren't there a lot, so it was fine for us. One thing that could be better is the check-in process. It was quite confusing. Once we figured everything out, it was great. Staff responded quickly to questions which was appreciated.
