✔ Pets Indoors (Unauthorized):

If a pet is found inside the property without prior approval, a $100 additional cleaning fee will apply to cover pet hair, odours, and extra cleaning.

✔ Damage to Grass or Landscaping:

If a pet causes lawn or landscaping damage, a $100 restoration fee will apply.

✔ Damage to Property:

Any damage caused by pets indoors or outdoors will incur a $100 repair/replacement fee.
