Brighton June’25

Very good clean friendly hotel and excellent daily service in the room. Hotel is situated close to anything you need in Brighton from the beach to the lanes and the Brighton Pavilion. Breakfast is very good (apart from the orange juice which was very watery and tasteless. Stayed at this hotel three times previously and would happily stay again.

Good sea front location close to Brighton Pier. Comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast. There is a car park under the hotel - it’s very busy - with a discount if you’re staying at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room with our two children. We were able to walk to our restaurant easily and then walk to the University of Brighton - which was the reason we went down. Very convenient location.

Great location across the beach. Room was spacious and clean aside from a carton of opened juice in the mini fridge. The only window in the room faced the indoor courtyard, we would have preferred a window with an outdoor view. At night until around 10:30/11:00pm we could hear music but could not tell if that was from within the premises or from a nearby establishment. Staff were friendly and professional. Overall a good stay but will look for a hotel in a quieter area in the future.
