Great hotel to stay in with kids. The room was spacious and clean. We used the pool twice. Breakfast was great, a lot of variety and good quality food. More gluten free and dairy free options would be good for those with intolerances though there were milk alternatives and plenty of cooked food options. We got parked in The Lanes car park ok even though it was full when we arrived. It is heavily discounted when staying in the hotel and easily paid for at reception upon check-out. The location is great, right on the seafront and just a couple of minutes away from lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

When checking in we were told they did not know of any hotels.com reward scheme, and we could not receive any benefits from the VIP gold as result. Parking was 29 a night with discount not the 22 advertised. Pool is significantly smaller than it looks in the photos and was often overcrowded. Someone in the room above us was vomiting the entire night and the noise kept our entire family awake for hours.

The hotel's staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel's location is amazing, with easy access to the beach, the lanes, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The rooms could do with decorating, and the breakfast could do with more fresh fruits and salad vegetables selection.
