Enjoy a modern bathroom with built-in electric sauna, full-sized kitchen equipped with essentials, and flexible space for 2-4 guests (queen bed + pull-out sleeper sofa). Driveway parking available upon request (15$ per night) —please let host know in advance.

This newly renovated third-floor unit offers a bright, modern space designed for comfort and convenience. Perfect for couples, small groups, or business travelers.

Cozy queen-sized bed with fresh linens, plush pillows, and soft lighting.

Living Area:
Spacious room with a pull-out sleeper sofa that comfortably fits two additional guests.

Kitchen:
A full-sized modern kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, utensils, knives, cutting boards, plates, bowls, cups, and glassware.
Perfect for at-home meals or long stays.

Bathroom + Sauna:

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from Ashmont and Shawmut stations, offering quick access to downtown Boston, restaurants, markets, and the Red Line.

Guests have exclusive access to the third-floor unit, including the bedroom area, living room, full kitchen, and renovated bathroom with sauna. The space is completely private and not shared with anyone else.

Entry is self-check-in through a secure keypad. You will receive your personalized code before arrival.

If you request parking in advance, you will also have access to one driveway parking spot for an additional $15 per night. We have up to two driveway spots available.

Laundry is not available on-site, but there are nearby laundromats within a short walking distance.

Very clean, the host was very responsive. There is no TV and there is no coffee pot. It sleeps 4 but the 2nd bed is the futon and there is no where else to sit if the futon is pulled out into a bed. We made it work and are happy with our stay
