There’s something weird going on at this place, we made several complaints about banging and screaming from a room and were ultimately told they knew of a problem but couldn’t disclose it and couldn’t remedy the situation except to relocate us…. Oh but there were no other rooms large enough to accommodate us. So we had to quickly pack, wake up our sleeping kids (it was almost midnight) and find a last minute hotel with room availability. The situation was scary and it felt unsafe to stay the night here.

Very nice stay

The hotel is clean, new and very accommodating. The room was spacious and long stay friendly with a refrigerator and microwave. It was walking distance to many restaurants. The Seaport area is really growing and renovating, it is quite nice.

Lovely hotel

Nice large room with kitchen, large fridge and microwave. Separate sofa and king bed. All beautifully decorated and felt new. Ten minutes walk from cruise terminal and 15 minutes drive to airport.

Was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was excellent. We were going on a cruise. It was easy for us to take our suitcases to the ship. The only suggestion would be to upgrade some of the towels. Some of the ones we had looked like rags with holes. Other than that it was great.
