During our stay, we would walk over to the train station and we were able to access all of Boston with a very short walk from this hotel. The courtesy shuttle from the airport was on point with pick up, and the hot cookies didn't hurt when we arrived at the hotel.

No dining around this hotel, you must drive somewhere. There is a small place inside the hotel but not a lot of choice on the menu. The vacant lot on the side of the hotel is a terrible view from the room window. For the good thing, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the room was great.

I paid for the airport shuttle, but it was never arranged and no one contacted me. I tried calling the hotel multiple times from the UK and the airport — no response. Staff showed no apology on arrival. I had an early checkout at 6 AM and breakfast was included, but when I asked for just a cup of coffee before leaving, I was refused. Very poor service and no flexibility. Would not recommend.

The hotel is decent and rooms are quite well sound-proofed, except that you will get some street noise if you are on one side of the building. I chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle service, so I was disappointed with how slow it was. It took me almost 90 minutes from when I had my bag until I was in my room....even though the hotel is only 10 min away from the airport.

I recently stayed at the Double Tree Hotel for 4 days. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The food options around the hotel were limited, however, the hotel has a small cafe to purchase food. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to the Green Line train station, beach, and JFK Museum. There was construction behind the hotel. The daily chocolate chips cookies for amazing!!!
