Hop..skip and a jump to the Commons

The hotel was in a wonderful location; 1 block from the Commons and easy access to many great activities and restaurants. The room was clean, breakfast was good and the fitness room was amazing. Our only concerns were our hallway was very loud late at night and our toilet and the neighboring room toilets were extremely loud-it woke everyone up many times during the evening.

It was difficult to find the valet parking area. There was a sign that said “Valet Parking.” I parked and went into the hotel. I was told that wasn’t valet parking and was given verbal instructions where I needed to bring my car. I had a bit of trouble understanding the verbal instructions. So had to go back for more instructions. After a bit of riding around I found the site for vehicle drop off. I wish the hotel would just hand you a simple map.

First time in a hotel if this caliber, it was amazing and all the staff were very helpful. We were on the 11th floor and had a pretty nice view of the city. Complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The room was overall dirty. There was mice droppings (poop) everywhere in the room including inside the bathtub. The toilet was dirty and had poop stains. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
