Room was very nice. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Parking was valet or find a spot elsewhere, and although expensive, valet staff was quick and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located for walking around town.

This was a very nice property. I would highly recommend it. Close to transportation, all the sites, and so many great restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. It was in a noisy area of town but it was downtown Boston so I wouldn't expect it to be completely quiet.

The bathroom was large and clean, as was the room. We chose this location due to its close proximity to the Freedom Trail. Valet parking staff was great, as was the desk staff. We had trouble with our TV a bit, as it kept cutting out. It could have been due to the storm that was outside. The hotel sent a staff member to our room twice to assist with it, and he was very pleasant. A great place to stay!

The hotel is wonderful on all counts except a very dirty ladies room in the common area today. Our room and the amenities were beyond my expectations. Would definitely return.
