Staff was very kind especially the doormen. Hotel was clean and safe with a great coffee shop attached. Location was walkable to theaters, Boston Common, Freedom walk and subway. Will stay again and recommend to others.

Didn't interact with the staff. Door greeters usually opened the doors and welcome you. The maids were ok. They did a good job a tidying up our room. The issue is the urban fee, its uncalled for. I paid for my room and should not be charged an additional fee upon my arrival. A scam is a scam regardless of what you call it.

Boston stay.

The Godfrey surpassed all of our expectations from check in throughout until check out. We arrived 3 hours before check in and they gave us a room. The staff from the check in desk to the door men including the cleaning staff we hard working and professional. I would recommend The Godfrey over any 5 Star Hotel in the area, they were awesome!!!!

There was extremely loud music playing until 2am on Saturday night somewhere on our street which kept us up. The air stopped working in the middle of the night on Sunday, the control was blinking check filter. So it got pretty warm in the room. But the room was very clean and staff was very pleasant. And the water pressure and temperature in the shower is phenomenal.
