For the price the hotel was underwhelming. Room was clean but A/C was turned off, so no air movement, quick fix by finding the hidden on/off switch. No refrigerator in room which was annoying. Cheesy minibar that was empty and turned off. Water provided in little 6oz bottles that were unceremoniously placed on table in lobby within eyesight of hotel staff. The luxury toiletries are guaranteed to be an expired off brand. Oh and then the surprise $30 per night “destination fee” felt a bit like a scam. Wouldn’t stay here again, the tactics used to nickel and dime you are exhausting. Boston has too many hotel choices to waste time with this place.

Everything was great. Service on our last day for breakfast was Medicare. We waited 30 min for toast and a waffle. We had to ask the staff about it. When they brought it out it was cold. I sent the toast back.
