The airport shuttle is excellent - the drivers all very friendly and runs every 15 minutes until noon. There is a restaurant, bar, and snacks for purchase. The room always clean and comfortable.

Very good option for connections in and out of Logan. Shuttles are regular and quick.

This is a very sad hotel. The rooms are bleak and outdated. Why call it the Hilton Garden when it is in the middle of parking lots and traffic? The Staff is not friendly, did not look up or greet us when we arrived (three of them were there chatting). They just really seem to not care, could not help us with a single request. I get it.... this is no ones first choice for hotel, its about the location, which is fine. This is just motel vibes at 5 star prices so its sad.
