This was a beautiful, clean property. I was most impressed with shuttle service. It was timely and the drivers were helpful with everyone’s luggage both getting on and off shuttle.
I had reserved a king room with sofa bed. We were given a room that only had a king. I was too tired to bother with moving luggage and addressing with staff so we made do.
This was the last night of our vacation so we chose to have dinner onsite. The way the restaurant is run is odd. We couldn’t be seated because a waitress wasn’t available for 15 min. We wanted to have a drink while we waited and tried but she said no and then said she could seat us (confused). She seated us so we went to get a drink but weren’t allowed and directed back to our table. Something about it being two tabs (?) and we would have to wait for waitress. We waited and ordered with waitress. Food came out in timely manner and was very good. Watching the hostess orchestrate what the waitress was to do next in code and calling out numbers out loud in front of us was truly odd. It just didn’t feel welcoming. They should probably refine their process.
