Staff were excellent but the room was ok. Problems with the room were partially resolved. In general the hotel needs repair, such as walls, bathroom furniture and rooms need better maintenance. Hotel is located in a great area conveniently near stores and local transportation.

I stay here every time I pass through Boston. Does that say it all? 24hr desk. Pleasant, efficient, friendly staff. There's an attached restaurant for light meal or more, or just drinks. Very convenient for Back Bay Amtrak. Taxi to airport about $40, about 25 minutes (outside of rush hour)

Arrived in cold weather so did not test ac. Queen room was clean and convenient for one person probably tight for 2. No breakfast option in hotel but so many food options nearby. I would stay here again. Staff was polite. A renovated boutique hotel

Staff was amazing!! The room was supposed to be handicapped which I got for my elderly mother. The bed was nice and low but the tub was hard for her to get into I thought this room had a walk-in shower but it had a regular deep tub but there were lots of grab bars so that was good. There was no food at the hotel, the 2 restaurants were not open which wasn't indicated when I booked but overall for staying in the middle of Boston the price was good.

The room was a bit warm for me, but I like things cool. Convenient for everything we wanted to do (museums). Clean, comfortable, not terribly expensive. Lovely staff. My second time staying.
