Our room was extremely nice and very clean. My issue was with the staff. I had three interactions with the front desk and all three interactions I found the staff to be unfriendly and somewhat standoffish. No smiles, one word answers, just not welcoming. When checking in, the man just basically handed us our keys. Didn't tell us anything about a hotel or welcome us or anything. In fact, he sent us to a room that didn't even exist. He had the wrong room written on our key, which I understand mistakes happen, but combined with his unfriendliness, it just rubbed me the wrong way. Just not the friendliness you would expect at a hotel.

Very convenient to the conference venue I was in town for with very convenient parking that was easy to enter/exit. Nice hotel with a better gym than most. The room was nice, but there was a bit of noise at night from the bar downstairs. The shower could stand to get a little hotter too.

Clean, fast friendly service, and absolutely gorgeous room in the corner suite on 15th floor! It really wowed us. I did notice a lot of fingerprint smudges outside of the elevators and on the walls surrounding, and I noted that several dirty glasses and a pile of towels was left out in our hallway for the entire duration of our stay. Beyond that, lovely!! Would come again.
