We stayed one night just to sleep before an early morning flight. The location is super convenient — right in the heart of Boston. They offer parking validation for the garage across the street, which gives you a discounted rate for 24 hours. We used the curb out front as a drop-off area, which made unloading luggage easy while my husband parked the car. The hotel and elevator are definitely on the older side. It served its purpose for a quick and easy overnight stay.

Great spot in the heart of Boston

Super convenient option right in the middle of things! Room wasn't grand or anything, but was just what I needed as a solo traveler. Hotel is well maintained and offers free coffee in the lobby all day long.

Amazing staff and location!!

The lady who greeted us was such a darling. She did everthing so quick while still being very welcoming. She was a delight ! The hotel is SO well located ! It's amazing ! Close to everything walking distance. We REALLY appreciated the parking at a discount too. It was easy to find, easy to exit, full of empty space ! The room was fine. Right enough space to do what you need to do in a room. The bed was a bit soft, the AC made a bit of weird noise and at around 2 AM when we got back there was some people partying loudly on the side of the hotel. We could hear it very loudly in oir room. It wasn't the absolute worst but if you're a light sleeper that would have been annoying. We would absolutely go back ! Grrat price for the location!

Staff was very helpful and attentive. In turn, the building itself felt a bit disappointing vs the pictures online. I had a view to black bricks in an interior patio. Breakfast is not included but they have nice coffee and tea available. Also water. The Found in shower walking distance from a wealth of nice places and coffeehouses. I would come back and hope they continue to improve the facilities. They were welcoming, helpful and friendly, and I appreciate that most.

Great location, tiny room

Location was excellent for us. We had a day to explore Boston before our cruise. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We expected a small-ish room, but not quite as small. In order to get in and out of bed, my husband had to crawl to the bottom of the bed since there was no room between the bed and wall. Besides the bed, the only other furniture in the room was a chair reminiscent of an Eames wooden chair. It became my "nightstand". But we spent little time in the room, so that was just one of those "huh" things.

A cosy double room stay

Cosy little double room, for a reasonable price in this area. The AC did make some loud noises on an occasion but only for 5 seconds at a time, then calmed down. It was very effective, nice and cool in the recent Boston heat!

Do not recommend staying here if checking in on the later side. We were supposed to check in at 2am and called ahead and when we got there we were locked out and the night desk associate was asleep. When we got in our room there was floss and a dirty tissue next to our bed and everything was dusty. Would not recommend if you are a clean freak.

Worst hotel experience ever. I left to go out and asked the front desk dude to turn off the air conditioning in my room. It was in the 50s inside and outside. I get back 4 hours later and my room was still freezing. I asked the dude to switch rooms. He apologized for not turning off the air conditioning as promised. When I asked for another room- he said there is none of my room-type available. How is that my problem? Before that- at check-in, I was told I would get a text when the room was ready. Never got a text. Finally, I woke up to a bug in the bed. Definitely not what I expected.
