The room was updated, AC was great, bed was amazing, bathroom had no fan, though. Shower water pressure was amazing! The front desk staff was AMAZING! Friendly and outgoing, and even gave my 2 prosecco bottles for my girlfriend's 50th bday!

The hotel is generally fine except that there was a humming noise constantly even through the night. It made it difficult to sleep. It was not clear what was causing it, but the hotel should investigate and take care of it.

The property was great and everyone courteous and prompt. Except for the parking. When we came in we could have paid $57 online for the same parking. The front desk said it would be no more than that and should be less with the hotel’s discount. The same thing we were told leaving. Not true. With the discount it was $71. When I asked when we came in I tried To explain the math to the front desk. Then decided to trust them. I’m assuming the hotel gets a cut with the pressure they gave us on not just paying online the $57. This policy doesn’t seem to be worth the $14 in reputation.

Really nice hotel, great staff, and perfect location if you're wanting to see Boston sites (a few feet from Faneuil Hall and the Freedom Trail). Wish rooms had coffee maker, but other than that, very comfortable, and a unique funky vibe to the hotel.

Fabulous hotel in a very convenient location. Only steps away from Fenuil Hall marketplace and the aquarium for trolley pick up. Boston Commons atea is also easily walkable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask them for dining tips. I only had breakfast in the attached restaurant, which was a bit pricey, but very good. Loved the ambiance of the brick walls in the room. Would definitely stay here again when in Boston.
