We really enjoyed our stay. It's a small boutique hotel that is within walking distance of everything you could think of in Boston, or the subway and commuter rail. Great staff, good size room. Adjacent restaurant and despite no vending machines there is a 7/11 steps away. We would definitely stay here again.

The attached restaurant was subpar at best. Food was below average at above average prices, stereo playing with blown speakers so all you heard while eating was distortion. Was not impressed at all

We were give a windowless room with very little bit of vented air. It was in the basement where it was dank stale and warm air. We asked for a different room and thankfully they put us on a groundfloor room with a window and plenty of airflow. Why they didnt put us there in the first place is beyond my comprehension. Otherwise id have demaded a 570 refund. Everything else was fine after that second room was clean. It was a bit outdated w no phone charger ports but that wasnt the end of the world.. comfy beds nice shower large tv.

We stayed in a cabin room with no windows. It was very quiet. The property was clean and staff was accommodating. They will hold your luggage so you can shop nearby without lugging it around. Across the street from the subway and walking distance to the water. Would stay there again!
