The room was decent and the front desk personel were nice. The maid service did not replenish all supplies. We should have been informed that the hotel was under renovation because the sound of construction and mess in the elevators was not acceptable.

From the moment we arrived, it was a bit of a letdown. I asked about the pool (the Hilton main page says the hotel has an indoor pool) and was told it is not in service. The hot tub seen in some of the photos has not existed in 15 years. We checked in to a room on the 14th floor, and when we opened the door, we were met with a blast of hot air. The room was about 95 to 100 degrees. The climate control was set to 72 degrees, but the heat was blasting out of the unit non stop. I called the front desk and asked for a room change or a technician to service the unit. I was told no rooms were available, and to just "shut off the climate control unit and open the window." The front desk told me "if you get too cold, turn the heat back on." It took hours for the room to cool off enough to sleep, as the window only opens three inches. Every surface in the room was hot to the touch when we arrived. We spent two nights with the heat turned off. We went down to the restaurant to eat at around 8:30 PM, and were told that the restaurant only had the "lunch menu" available due to recent kitchen renovations. The bar couldn't make a mojito. When we checked out after our second night, only one of the three elevators was functioning and every floor had groups of people waiting to enter the elevator. For the price, it was a nightmare. I was charged for parking each night $69, and then the automated gate charged me an additional $114 that I had to pay with a card.

The hotel itself is okay, about what I would expect from a Hilton. That being said, the hotel has photos on Expedia that show a pool and a hot tub. They have NEITHER. Staff told me the hot tub hasn't been open in 15 years and the pool is being renovated. When we got up to our room (14th floor) it was over 90 degrees in our room. The heat was set to 72 but it was running non-stop. I called the front desk and was told to "open a window" and "turn the heat off." They could not send a technician and told me to "turn the heat back on if the room gets too cold." They could not provide me with another room. Very surprised they could not provide functional climate control. Disappointed with the remedy I was offered.

Hotel was u Der extensive renovation and building work, heavy hammering and drilling started at 8am. The old window frames did not fit properly allowing icy cold air to blow into the room with a loud whistling noise. Only 2 of the 3 elevators were working as builders were using the third and the bar in the lobby was boarded up and out of use for renovations- none of this heavy building work was warned on the Hotel’s.com website at the time of booking and made for an unpleasant, uncomfortable stay

It was being renovated, so we had no option for an in-house restaurant in the evening. Got pretty noisy at times with construction. Woefully understaffed for breakfast. Poor single waiter had the whole restaurant for at least a half hour today. Manager tried to help, but got order wrong. Would consider amenities and location (just off Rt 90 and on the red line) for another trip to Boston

Night 1 i woke up to no hot water and had to go to another room to shower before work. Night 2 and 3 i had loud construction near my room starting very early morning waking me up. Then i finally moved rooms and the final room had no heating or air conditioning, just a unit that only turned a fan on and off with no temperature impact. Very bad stay, the hotel should be fully closed if it is in this level of renovations/disrepair.
