27 Anniversary Trip 7 night stay

very hip place. I think it’s more for a younger crowd. My room didn’t have any closets, microwave and fridge. The bed was low and so was the toilet. We had to pay some service fee of 230 dollars but they gave us vouchers of that amount for their cafe shop. On positive side: Morning staff let us check in early and no cost. Very close to a lot of things like restaurants coffee bars and the Boston Commons. Majority of staff was super helpful and friendly.

Amazing hotel with absolutely no faults. The decor is fun & fresh and the hotel is perfectly place close to the public gardens, beacon hill & only a 20 minute walk to downtown. Would come back any day!

You get what you pay for. 1. The cleaning person left one bag of trash in my room the 1st day. 2. The second day I was rushed. The cleaning person kept knocking on my door. 3. The rooms windows are not sound proof so you will hear a lot of the noise from the club goers and bikes on Saturdays. 4. This is more like a hostel hotel except you get a private bathroom. 5. The rooms are tiny. 6. Checking in they are really nice until you check out. If you complain about any issues you had they will likely not care. 7. Their coffe machine is literally never working and no place to get your own hot water. Otherwise the rooms are comfy and pleasant.

Trendy, quirky hotel in great downtown location. The room wasn't huge but was manageable. Fair amount of street and traffic noise but there was a white noise machine in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. At check-in we received 2 coupons for welcome drinks and $35 daily voucher we could use at the Bar Moxy for food and/or drinks. The location is amazing, it is in the theater district and close to Boston Common and Chinatown. We walked everywhere and got to hit a lot of the Boston highlights. Perfect for a first time visit to Boston.

The property was clean and friendly staff. The location is great for the Boston area when visiting. The building did not have enough soundproofing to minimize the exterior noise through the night. You need to use the ear plugs provided by the hotel to get a somewhat decent night sleep if you are able to.

Very nice property in an excellent location. The staff was the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel including five star resorts. Every need was met with a smile even though we wanted for little since everything was already thoughtfully provided. Hotel was kept neat and tidy at all times. Loved it!!
