The hotel is luxurious. We booked a room with a view to the park. It was worth the price difference. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We requested beforehand a refrigerator and it was promptly put in our room. We arrived before check-in time and were able to check in with no problem. The pillows in the room are super comfortable.

Nice room. Had a problem with a strange smell when using the shower. Resolved with a room transfer. Very polite friendly staff. Note the hotel is dog friendly which applies to most of the guest rooms as well as the public spaces. Quality hotel with good facilities and easy access to the Common and Newbury street with all the shops.

Very courteous, welcoming staff team. Professional and attentive with discretion, from the bell boys to the management team. Care and attention paid to ensure that the resident experience is always positive. This is a five star boutique hotel which is pet friendly, so dogs are present around the hotel. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed and very clean. There are good restaurant choices on-site and catering to in room dining at a very high standard
