This is very convenient to walk everywhere! It was very clean and quiet! Loved the free Clam Chowder! Few things disappointing were would prefer real creamers in rooms instead of the powder cream . Bottled water should be free for the price of the stay. Swimming pool was so far away and not reachable for my elderly mother.

The hotel was very convenient. Staff was friendly. Norman, the bartender at their in-house bar was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He directed us to a number of locations to visit.

This hotel’s pool was a highlight for me. The pool was long enough to do laps, had 3 lanes, had a perfect water temperature, was clean, had abundant towels and opened at 6:00 AM, which allowed me to work out early. The adjacent locker room by the pool was complete with lockers & shower, so I could conveniently shower & change there. The locker room even had a centrifuge machine to get most of the water out of my bathing suit to help it dry quicker. I wish more hotels would mimic this hotel’s pool. If swimming is your form of workout - you will not be disappointed.

Every time we visit our college kid in Boston, It is our go to place to stay. Clean rooms and very convenient to shopping, dining and Boston Commons.

Room was very nice with a notable exception: the ceiling in the bathroom had or has a noticeable leak with wet Sheetrock, peeling seams and bubbling paint. I reported the problem to front desk and not sure if they intended to inspect or not.

I just felt like it was uniquely located to really discover Boston. I have stayed closer to the harbor a couple of times, and I always felt trapped. I really, enjoyed this hotel, even the morning breakfast meals were great.

The hotel itself was very nice and centrally located. The sidewalks around the property need to be improved due to the cracks and broken bricks which can cause you to trip if you're not careful or at least paying attention to where you walk.

We are enjoying our trip to Boston so far. The Hyatt is very conveniently located to the subway and the Boston Commons parks. The theater district is so close, I wish I had booked some shows! I would stay here again. There were no issues when checking in even though I booked through Expedia.
