Beautiful hotel. Staff was very courteous. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom tub/ shower was super outdated didn’t go with the atmosphere of the hotel. It was like a 1980 small tub step down into.

Great location, friendly staff. Clean bed. The bathroom was our only complaint- there was mold around the shower and it was a single stall shower which was very small. The toilet ran continuously and had a hard time flushing.

The hotel is older, which isn’t bad but just to note it smells and looks dated. Location is phenomenal, steps away from the very central O Line and Chinatown. Noise from Tufts Med Center didn’t bother me although others have complained. My biggest issue was the bed and pillows. The bed had no support and the springs were old and creaky. There was no cushion or spring. I did inform the staff and they were super attentive offering a room change and other accommodations, but all the beds were the same so I didn’t take them up on it. Staff and customer service was A-tier. They were very kind and thoughtful. The hotel is good, just in need of some big updates.
