Never going to stay there again!

We arrived at 1:45am after a long day of traveling. It took 45 min for the attendant to find us a room. When we finally got our room it stunk of cigarettes and had blood drips on the bathroom door jam. Disgusting.

The room was not as clean as a room should be. The bathroom still has hair in it, there was stains on the bed. The phone in the room did not work to even contact the desk when we needed wifi information since it wasn't given to us at check in. Breakfast was just mes. It seemed staff couldn't keep up with keeping the areas with food clean, just very unappealing. There was a smell in both our room and in the breakfast room. It was a random booking but we would never book again. We payed way too much for nothing even decent.

We have stayed 3 nights and we moved 4 different rooms. First one doors problem, second one mouse problem (there was a mouse and eat our sneaks at all night), third one hot water problem. Staff is ok. But facility was terrible.

Staff were amazing and pool was very clean and welcome after a long day in Boston. Rooms are dated and upon arrival we couldn’t get the shower to work. Had to call the front desk and they sent a maintenance guy up straight away to show us. Quite expensive for what it was but guess thats what you get for being so close to the city.

The front desk was alsome in helping finding rides, resturants, local info! My only issue was not knowing the Hotel transfer driver takes a break from 12 noon until 3pm which affected my friend and I getting to the hotel so in lieu of the $10 fee a taxi cost me $45! My friend $35, the breakfast was great perfect start to the day! Had a lot of plans for Boston but the rain changed those plans and again the front desk helped in guiding me to some indoor items until the downpours slowed up in the afternoon!

The room had a bad odor, it seemed that the carpet had been cleaned over and over again, but the stains remained- doors closed moldy smell
