Choose this hotel if you are going to a Red Sox game! Or just to visit this nice city of Boston. It was great! It was our first time to Boston and this city didn't disappoint! This is one of few hotels that have Queen beds which we needed for our family. The many others only have double beds. I researched many. The room was a nice size. We felt safe walking around the area to Fenway park. Lots of places to eat, subway right outside the hotel, although we didn't use it. Parking is expensive but, it is what it is. I was worried about the freeway being right next to the hotel, but you can barely hear the noise and it wasnt a big deal at all. Choose the Fenway view...it is worth it. Top 3 things i loved- #1-the shower! The shower head pressure was great, the shave step, and the shower valve on the opposite wall of the showerhead. #2- the best hotel blowdryer! #3 very comfortable beds. And shout out to the the doormen- they were friendly and remembered us as we went in and out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend that you do.

The hotel itself was clean, modern and in a central location. The staff was amazing. Nick and Eddie especially made my son’s first trip to Boston unforgettable. These two gentlemen made it hard to leave and they were helpful, courteous, and a joy to be around. We will never stay anywhere else when we travel back to Boston.

The facility was very nice. The front desk staff seemed to tell us whatever came to their mind at the time whether it was accurate or made up. I asked to check in early. The man said that the room was vacant and they were cleaning it right now and should be done very soon. I have a 7 month old and a 2 year old. Based on this info we did not change them or feed them thinking we could get to the room within 30 mins and do it then. 3 hours later he said our room was now ready. He should of just said it will be three hours and we could of planned accordingly. Kids were fussy and my wife was very upset. Just don't lie to guests. the Door guys were amazingly helpful. Just front desk was terrible.
