Customer service is terrible. If you do not ask for amenities like offered bottled water and snacks you will not receive them. Even if you pay in full they block your card $100-$200 per night of your stay for possible incidentals. On day of checkout which is noon, housekeeping knocked on door at 9:30 and asked are you leaving I need to clean your room!

This place was absolutely fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. The room was beautifully decorated and located in a prime spot.
