Not a happy customer

The front desk man and women were rude and never acknowledged or welcomed us to the hotel. The toilet in the bathroom was crooked and loose and kept clogging. On our last night the room next door to us was playing loud music until 2:30 in the morning and the room above us was walking so hard all hours of the night it kept me up. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and hard.

My car got towed because I parked in front of the hotel.. when I went inside to the front desk to ask why my car got towed, the guy who was at the front desk told me that I can’t park my car there and he asked me if someone told me about the parking when I arrived to the hotel, obviously not! there’s no parking and no even the valet parking was there plus the guy who check in me he didn’t explain me about where can I park .. so I got charged for almost 200 dollars .. that coukdnt be happened if someone at the front desk ask if you have a car or not..

Awesome for it's location: walkable distance to subway stations, Boston south station and downtown; right next to a Whole Foods; walkable distance to Chinatown for great food. The sound insulation is not good, but I guess it's good enough for being next to the high way.
