I have to say I was really pleasantly surprised for the price. It was really nice to have a kitchen. They are very thoughtful. When it was pouring rain, umbrellas were made available to guests. Sweet neighborhood--very walkable. The iron in the room did scald my very favorite shirt, which was a major bummer, but they gave me quarters on the house for laundry when I needed an alternative. I can't be too mad about that as I'm sure checking every iron is a little challenging!

Apartment Style Room -Not a hotel

This is not a hotel. When we checked in, the front desk clerk told us our room would be about a five minute walk. We told her that this would not work for us since we had a lot of heavy luggage and we were under the impression that our room would be at this location She apologized and promptly offered s room that was located on this property and switched us out. The next issue was taking the luggage down some step and narrow stairs to the basement where our room was located. We used the back entrance most of the time to go outside due to convenience and not having to use the stairs. There was a lot of garbage and even saw a couple of big rats going out the back door which wasn’t pleasant. The room was an apartment style living quarters which was clean and had a comfortable bed.

The apartment was in a building that had been renovated…a while ago. The carpet in the entryway and halls was stained, the studio kitchen had cheap scratched cabinets that showed signs of fatigue, the person staying Nextdoor was playing music, not too loudly, but could be heard in the room assigned to me. I didn’t stay. There were far better places to stay in the same price range. The Expedia website shows a nice room…not the one I was sss Ed my to .

The bed was comfortable. The room was small but it was a budget Queen room, good for two people. Nice private bath. Close to Purdencial Center T stop or Copley T stop. Close to good food and safe to walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room and a good source of amenities.
