This property was in a great location. The staff could not have been any more accommodating and were also super friendly. Very helpful. We overlooked the size of the room we booked, so that was a little bit of a drag, but falls on us. Bed was amazing…very comfortable. We had everything we needed, and had a great visit.

Great unit in a beautiful brown-stone building. Kitchenette, Queen bed and fold out bed worked for our family of 3 adults. Laundry is in the building. Staff is very responsive, answered all our questions in a timely matter. They, also, provided a detergent for a load of laundry we did. Location is in Back Bay, very green and historic. Many transportation options. Prudential center is close by for shopping and fun. Airport 20 minutes by Uber. We took a free express bus from the airport. Waited 40 minutes for bus to arrive. It was crowded. Walk from the drop off point was about 10 minutes to the CH office. Uber next time for sure! Highly recommend Copley House!
