The location was perfect to convention center, quiet area. They were immediate in looking into our AC and were able to move us down the hall. Front desk staff very welcoming!

The initial hostess was abrasive. She was not welcoming. She appeared overwhelmed and transferred that energy. It was not the mood I expected. Due to the rooms not being ready, I will say the second hostess was much more receptive. The room was clean and comfortable. Although my room was not serviced on the second day, I did not complain because I was solo and didn’t need much. The most disappointing part of my visit was the restaurant. I was given the cold shoulder and burnt food (see pic). The waitress behaved as if I was bothering her. I ordered my meal, paid and left. Thank goodness for Cafe Savauge, Saltie Girl, and Buttermilk and Bourdon for meeting my dining needs because Cambria Hotel was unacceptable.
