Room stank like stale cigarettes and only got offered a free breakfast next stay. Quality of all front of house staff has immensely dropped. Was once a premier Harbourview place to stay but I would definitely consider another option. The food service also stops at 8pm an a Saturday night, for a hotel with rooms that go for $1500 AUD per night that’s unacceptable. Consider another hotel if you were planning to stay here in the future

Staff difficult to contact and our room was not cleaned one day due to briefly leaving the do not disturb tag on the door. Pool feels neglected. Such a great location - everything is in walking distance and if not, a huge range of public transport options are so close. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and the kids loved swimming in the pool/spa. We really enjoyed our stay.
