Lovely hotel very close the Resorts world with lots of choice of restaurants. The car park is about 10 mins walk away so be sure to drop your bags first and then park up ( there are a couple of bays to do this ) * Do not fall for the Hotels.com scam* when booking, it gave me the option to book breakfast which i declined as thought expensive. When checking in, Moxy hotels include free breakfast in all of their stays. Seems to me like Hotels.com are just wanting to make a few quid on top of the booking. With the reduction in Rewards and now trying to rip you off, think its time for a change of booking app.

Stayed one night, mid-week and found the hotel was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and the reception area was well staffed. My gripes relate to the room. It was large, clean and modern. However, there is no facility to control the climate control & our room was a little too cold. Also, there was a lot of noise coming from the room above. So the sound proofing isn’t great between the floors.

The checkin was awful had to queue up as only one person checkin people in. The room was below average with an uncomfortable bed and the air con was not working properly. The food at breakfast was poor. The parking was the worst at least a 10 to 15 minute walk away. The evening food was bland. Avoid if you can

Building work on the roof happening during the night and not the day, even on floor two this was heard I dread to think about those higher up. No Individual way to warm the room up. Stayed 5 nights and bed sheets not changed once. But still a nice hotel just overpriced for the service provided.

Friendly staff and convenient for NEC

All the staff were super friendly. Rooms were comfortable, small bathroom as with all Moxys but everything you need was there. The only one thing that wasn't so great was the tiny gym. It's pretty much full if 2-3 people are using it but apart from that everything was great.
