Good location, close to city centre, good price however only issue was there seems to be problems with the plumbing as both rooms we had smelt weird after the taps were run/ showers were used, staff polite and helpful and moved us to try to fix the issue.

it was good for a single night however i was unable to sleep due to hearing everything that was going on on the floor, the walls are so thin I could hear maintainance in the corridor, as well as the toilet, shower and tv in the opposite room.

I had a great stay here — everything was just as expected, if not better. For a budget hotel, it delivered exactly what I needed: a clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, and a hassle-free check-in process. The amenities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around. There were no surprises, which I really appreciated — it’s clear the management takes care to meet guest expectations. Overall, a solid and reliable place to stay if you're looking for good value without compromising on cleanliness or service. Would definitely book again.

An exceptionally clean and well presented hotel and room. Have stayed as this hotel several times, it’s a convenient location to Birminghams China Quarter and Gay village. Staff on arriving and leaving were very professional , polite and welcoming

I had another great stay at the property. The room was comfortable, and I slept well. The reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and always available, which made the experience even better. The prices do fluctuate daily, but the location is excellent and very convenient.

A Disappointing Budget Hotel Experience The hotel was a letdown, even for a budget option. The room was tiny, and no essential amenities were missing. There was no kettle for making tea or coffee, and no easy access to drinking water unless you paid for it. The housekeeping service was also subpar; the bedding wasn't changed daily, and even the pillowcases were left unchanged. This poor service and lack of basic amenities made it a bad value for the money. The corridor smell bad like the carpet has not been washed ever and the heating in room was not working.
