Room was lovely and staff were smashing tad expensive on the bar tho but apart from that good. We had to call the front desk about a high pitch sound but turns out it was someone using the shower either across or above us. But apart from that a smashing night thank you and we're looking forward to our stay next year

Check-in time had a big queue but the team got through it quickly. Elsa was so warm and welcoming! The room was clean and simple, just what we needed. The lifts took a while so factor this in if you’re on a higher floor. Breakfast was good, as a vegan I would’ve appreciated food labels for suitability. However Paru was a diamond and helpful, and got me some vegan sausages. It was a lovely stay and we’ll definitely come back when we stay in Birmingham again.

Great hotel, room was very clean and modern. Short walking distance to the Bullring and Utilita Arena. Breakfast was well stocked and offered bags to take food away if you need to head off quickly.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff very friendly and accommodating. To consider- lifts during the morning take a while. Even with 3 to use as there are 17 floors to the hotel. Pillows need updating Other than that greay stay

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were helpful. Only issue we had was we were in a room next to the elevators and the rooms aren't really sound proofed so could hear them going up and down during the night.
