Really nice hotel in a great location for the arena and lots of restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful with advice about the area. The hotel car park was ideal and could be booked in advance which was ideal. The bar area is really nice and the breakfast was great. We will definitely use this hotel again for future trips to Birmingham.

What stood out was the appalling TV System. The remorse response is sluggish, the guide does not work. It’s almost unusable. It desperately needs updating.
