Spacious quiet room. Rather firm beds but pillows, linen etc all good. Shower control broken. Food in bar was of good quality. Service for drinks was slow as very busy on Saturday night but only 2 staff members. Staff friendly and helpful but low in numbers. Breakfast- good choices and decent quality. Location excellent for city centre.

Check-in was quick and all staff polite. Rooms look better now they’ve been refurbished but the bathroom still old and tired looking. Bathroom wasn’t as clean with hair on the tiles and bathrobe. The toilet was dripping on the inside, advised staff at check out. Breakfast was good too. It’s a great location and overall a good day.

The welcome at reception by Soon was great and we were checked in early to allow us to dump our bags before heading out into the city to explore.
