Hotel was fine for an overnight stay in the city. Location was good , staff polite and helpful room clean. However music in the bar lounge area was so loud even at breakfast on a sunday morning. A guest came to breakfast in nightwear, a staff member spoke with her about another matter but allowed her to be eating in her nightie. Also asked for decaf tea and the hotel had none?

Loverly hotel, Very noisy surroundings

Room was very nice, very clean, loverly rituals soaps. There was a nice complimentary popcorn and drinks in fridge, They did provide a chocolate but was a melted mush, Cot was in room as requetsed, Hotel staff where quiet but polite not overly welcoming. Hotel breakfast was very nice but quite pricey. Hotel is very well situated to the bullring shopping centre and restaurants. Negatives: There was building works right outside the hotel with hammer drills at 7.30am on a sunday morning.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly even during a late arrival. The breakfast was also really good. Would definitely stay here again.

No member of staff smiled, key did not work on arrival so 5 floors back to reception, no apology. Woke up in the morning, kettle not working nor room phone. Asked for replacement kettle, never arrived! Will not stay again.

T20 finals day stay.

Visited the hotel because we had tickets for the T20 finals day at Edgbaston. Hotel is very modern and clean, excellent communial areas, nice bar and restaurant and the rooms are well appointed. Will definitely be back
