Great location and truly excellent facility. Room was spotless and very well appointed - a little bit of luxury. Valet car parking is expensive however the service was prompt and efficient. Recommended.

Great location for a few days in Bath. Just a couple blocks walk from the train station. Very nice hotel, comprised of historic Georgian townhomes joined together. Renovations provided modern and practical fixtures balanced with historical elements. Rooms are comfortable with nice linens. Heated towel bar in the bath was a nice touch. Decor in the rooms and throughout the hotel is thoughtful and whimsical. Staff was awesome - friendly and very helpful, provided the converter plug that we neglected to pack. Located within a few blocks of everything we wanted to see, and quiet at night. On site breakfast was convenient but expensive, consisting of a buffet with hot options for order. Coffee was very good. Highly recommend!

A really nice boutique style hotel. Old, quaint, clean and comfortable. Part of its charm was also its only disadvantage - no lift to the upper floors. Carrying heavy suitcases wasn’t easy, but I’m sure a porter would have helped had we asked. Lovely stay and we would certainly recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I highly recommend it! The modern decor provided a fresh and inviting atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. It really felt like they genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. The quality of the food and drinks was also impressive; everything I tried was delicious and well-prepared. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. If you're looking for a great place to stay, look no further!

The hotel is in a great position and is directly next to a car park making it easy to park. The hotel staff were all lovely and welcoming and got shown to our room. The only bit that wasn’t made clear before we booked was that they take £50 as a holding fee (which you get back if you don’t order anything) but it would be nice to make it clear to guests beforehand. All in all our stay was magical in bath and staying at the Hotel Indigo helped make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
