The rooms on the 3rd floor are over priced. They are tiny. Dark. The attention to detail on cleaning and maintenance of the room was lacking. The shower leaked all over the floor. The ceiling was so low I had to crouch to take a shower. Awful value for money. Avoid.

Mould in the corners of the shower, and mould on the tile grout. Couldn’t get shower decently hot despite it being set to the hottest setting. I am Celiac and ordered explicitly a gluten free full English. Arrived with a sausage and black pudding. Question the server and she went off to the kitchen. Returned 10 minutes later saying that it was not gluten free and it would be redone. Very bad indeed.

We stayed at this place in Bath for two nights, and I wish it was more! Such a stunning boutique hotel with incredible service. The room was spacious, clean, and the bathtub is to die for! Everyone was so kind, the receptionist immediately gave us a map and recommendations on what to do around town. The location is perfect for walking around and getting to all of your tours. Nothing was further than 15 minutes away walking. Would highly recommend this place!

Very small cramped room, bathroom was more of a cupboard size and a larger person would certainly struggle with it - it was definitely not a ‘spa inspired’ bathroom as described and had more resemblance to a public toilet. Ugly decor. No hand wash or body wash provided and when requested we were given 1/3 bottle to share between bath and shower. No hairdryer in room until requested. Only 2 tea bags provided and packets appeared to have spent a year in someone’s pocket. Staff quite unbothered by lack of amenities. Would not recommend.

Excellent location, close to many nice large and small restaurants, including several very good ethnic restaurants. Very close to the river, very close to the Roman baths and the Cathedral, with also a beautiful church right across the street. My room was tiny but adorable. Breakfast was limited but there were so many great places to eat nearby that I only stayed for breakfast one time. The room was clean but the cleaning staff was a little erratic. Overall I love the Indigo hotels.

Lovely boutique property in centre of Bath near to all amenities. Staff were extremely polite and attentive. The Beau Brasserie served exceptional food and very reasonable prices.
