Staff very friendly and helpful, room was noisy due to being next to the air conditioning units outside, the room was too hot but when we put the air conditioning on it didn’t seem to cool the room effectively plus it was noisy itself making a bubbling sound. All in all not a very pleasant stay.

A gorgeous hotel with quirky touches and great staff. I traveled alone and felt completely safe the entire duration of my trip. This hotel exceeded my expectations and will be one I suggest to anyone visiting Bath.

Room was very small for a king for two people and really very tired. Could not get the seat out to sit at the mirror to dry hair as no room. Felt more like a single room. Complimentary products were a poor substitute for the Bramley products of the past.

This hotel is amazing! We booked our stay there based on the pictures online. We had no idea how beautiful the place would be. We stayed in a converted Georgian townhouse. To get to our room, we walked through the center garden to a different building. It was exquisite and made you feel the history of the buildings. The location was perfect. We were within a five minute walk of the Roman baths and the Pump Room. It took us about fifteen minutes to get to the Jane Austen Society, the Roman Circus, and the Royal Crescent. I would recommned this hotel to anyone.
