Just loved our 3-night stay; excellent for both working from (grateful for the desk in our room) & getting to/from the central city for eating & getting amongst things. Fantastic espresso martinis!! The food options are good; in-room dining esp. will be back monthly for work going forward 🙂

Only I would say is the valet drivers were quite dangerous. Leaving Sunday morning, lots of kids around the drivers were driving into the drive way at speed and no care on whose car they were driving. Saw a few brake slams. If that was my car I would not be impressed. I think they just need to come in calmly and watching for pedestrians on the driveway. Shower head was a little wonky and wouldn't stay in the middle of shower. Other than that, it was amazing hotel. Great comfy beds, pillows and blackout curtains. Lots of towels etc. Just wish could stay longer.

Good: Staff were very helpful. Not so good: Apartment room did not have washing machine which made our 7 day stay rather difficult. Staff didn't seem to be able to assist.

Lovely and comfortable stay. Helpful staff. The only things we didn't enjoy so much is that the decor and fixtures are very dated, especially in the bathroom. Also, there no main lights in the room, only lamps which wasn't ideal.

The location at the top of a steep hill makes the walk to and from the central shopping area a little challenging. Although that cannot be changed, you should consider this when considering hotel accommodation in Auckland. We used valet parking for our hire car, which was waiting outside when we were ready to leave. When we stayed here 10 days earlier we had faced a delay.
