Quest Serviced Apartments - accommodation in Ashgrove

We have stayed here a few times. It’s convenient to the terminals and the rooms, although fairly basic, have all that we need when in transit. The restaurant and bar downstairs is very good, too. What was a little frustrating was the impersonal check-in and check-out service. We still required staff assistance as we wanted a second access card which the electronic system couldn’t cope with, both when checking in and out. Saying that, we will definitely stay here again.

The electronics blinds was malfunctioning through the night. Opening and closing the whole time.

The front desk staff, Dechen was friendly and warm as it was my first time staying at Brisbane Skytower Apartment. She has delivered her services in a professional way. I will be returning to pick this apartment again when I return to Brisbane.
