The lobby seemed clean but desolate and eerily empty. Although the front desk staff was friendly, Breakfast was not avaliable and it was not a welcoming atmosphere. This hotel gave me a homeless shelter-like feel from the look of the other guests and accommodations. Although the bed was comfortable, the room had dirty carpet, stains on the chairs and walls. I reserved one night and that was enough. I will not be going back and will discourage my friends from going. The pictures online are deceiving.

The stay was good but the hotel needs some upgrades. The carpet needs to be replaced and room smelled like smoke. Bed was great, shower was great, had microwave and fridge.

Check in and check out staff was wonderful he was fast attentive and good at his job. The tv stopped working no sound around 10 something called the front desk she tried to work us through it. They said they would send someone right up no one ever came so no tv the whole stay. I walked By the same piece of trash eaten food on a table by the elevator my whole stay.

The room had brown stains on the chair, the bathroom walls, and the carpet. Paint was peeling on the ceiling. the room did not feel clean overall. The top of the desk/table surface was dirty. The deadbolt did not work. The first room we were given had tape over the lock restricting the door from locking. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. No coffee in the lobby. Hallways looked dark, dirty.

Nothing beyond bare minimum was done. The pillows on our bed smelled terrible, like someone had thrown up on them. We had a pull out for our daughter, no pillows available. We asked the front desk, none available. Will never return, terrible experience. Room smelled like cigarettes. Room 130
