There were 2 parties going on the night that we stayed. That did not bothered us. But what did, was that some of those people were drunk and came up to our floor, making noises at all times of the night. But what’s worst, was the service at the restaurant next to the checking area. The person that took take care “Steve”, was horrible, non attentive to our table and forgot to bring us all the items we had ordered, never came to our table to ask if we needed anything. So the experience of sleeping and eating at their restaurant was not too great. We will be back visiting Lake George area this summer, but will take the family elsewhere. And that’s too bad because this hotel has all of the right things going for them as far as being top notch. The look and feel of the hotel is great, it the service and attentiveness has got to improve.

not a great place for the price! So many better options available. their pictures are so photoshopped and quality is not as great. Staff had attitude. room wasn’t neath , it’s floor was dusty and your could feel it by walking. shower wasn’t draining and only one person could take a shower during our stay. absolutely not a great experience.

It was a lovely place to stay. Very welcoming right from the start. I enjoyed having the two restaurants right there in the hotel. Food was very good in both for breakfast and dinner. There was lots of entertainment, if one wanted to take advantage of that. Also, liked the complimentary coffee each morning at 7 a.m. The fitness room was clean and available each morning. The room was comfortable and very clean.
