Loved our stay, everyone was amazing, service was excellent and the room was beautiful and big. The only downside was not knowing the pool isnt heated. Too cold for the kids and the pool area was dirty. It wasnt up to the same standard as the redt of their facilities.

We really enjoyed staying ,the room was fab felt like a king and queen in our very comfy beds. Staff were great ,shout out to the young fella at reception think his name was konner and we will definetly come back to this hotel next time we in Wellington.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room large and the bed comfortable. The pool however was not warm and due to its location in the winter months having to walk outside once wet wouldn’t be ideal.

Great location, clean, warm, and comfortable with interesting decor and available parking. It has everything you'd expect, the staff are friendly but not in your face, and I liked the eco-friendly aspect. Parking is super close and reasonably priced for its location. Only small grizzle is the shower which was tiny and had a showerhead that was installed for folk taller than me. Still totally functional, though

Good size room, quiet, although the lounge can be very busy during the night. Very handy to the shops, easy walk to the CBD. Dislikes: no microwave in the room so can't heat up any food for the kids. no dishwashing liquid so we can wash cups and cutleries. The food in their own restaurant is quite expensive as well even for guest. the spa pool was on maintenance as well when we stayed there so we didn't get to use that service well.

I loved the arty vibe of the place, we wanted to stay here for so long, comfy bed. Shower was rather small. The room said sound proof but wasn’t, the people next door were partying all night, was rather loud.

At this price point, this place is underwhelming. Just to cite an example, I arrived early at about 11ish in the morning, I am ok if the hotel does not offer early check-in but the staff was cold. When I asked for luggage storage, she opened the door to a room and gestured me to put it in myself. My luggage wasn’t tagged so anyone could go in and take it away.

Beautiful, stunning hotel. Location was excellent and walking distance to everything we needed. The room was gorgeous and spacious. The design of the interior is fun & warming. We loved staying here. I’ll be back!
