Great central location as it is only a short walk down to Lambton Quay. It is quite steep though and there are quite a few steps to come back up. The apartment was good and functional but being in a city it can be quite noisy. I donā€™t want to sound too negative because we actually quite liked it.

Very hot room

Beware if you are visiting in the summer. This hotel does NOT have air conditioning, and the fans provided do not combat the heat on the 3rd floor. The windows need to be open, and the delivery trucks start at 5AM. Very hard to sleep. The sheets are very stiff and scratchy. This is billed as an apartment hotel but there is no separate sitting area. It is a glorified hotel room with a kitchenette, with one armchair for sitting. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, but can't compensate for the building's deficiencies. Definitely not one I would recommend, nor choose to return.

Excellent location and easy access to the CBD. Stayed in a one room suite with comfortable bed and adequate kitchenette. Street orientation in the CBD is confusing even with Google so get a good map.
