Poor customer service on arrival, terrible customer service on departure. Desk staff was rude, inflexible and again, rude. Loud noises periodically throughout the night from other guests. TV much smaller than advertised. A $50 damage deposit was insulting and was handled discourtiously, to say the least. Parking was not available close to our room. Overall, a bad choice to book this room.

This is a cheap motel with hotel prices. Doors open to parking lot and are not very secure. We were in a bind and decided to stay despite multiple disappointing factors. Would never choose to stay in a place like this had we known the conditions ahead of time.
